Most kids want to grow up, be very strong and healthy, and we adults want to stay healthy too. We know that a balanced nutrition is a main key for achieving that goal… but do kids know what they should eat and how much? I guess it may be boring for a kid to learn about nutrition…but our funny “yummy” friends are extremely concerned in their health, so they took some time to pose and create a food pyramid that may be more appealing to their little friends…Then, they all wanted to give some additional advice, but due to shortage of time I just could post some of these…Personally, I was touched by the hen, that although extremely difficult for her, she decided to pose next to the roasted chicken and some boiled eggs…she loves kids so much that she is ready to sacrifice everything for them to grow healthy – but after the shot she was speechless. Mooky, the truce cow, took advantage of the shooting session for advertising her dairy products; she believes that they contain enough protein for us to be ok without her meat. Almost forgot…how does the pyramid thing go? ... Well kids, eats lots of cereals, fruit and vegetable, appropriate amounts of milk, beans, fish, meat, and eggs, and as little as possible of oils, sugars, and preserved food (goggle for exact amounts)
click on the images to see details – lines are not so neat because I worked directly of the hand drawing, no time for digital tracing, it could have taken me ages to finish all of these small characters – yet, I hope you like them!
